Heading through Walton-on-Thames towards Shepperton you will find this beautiful secluded area along the River Thames. The sun sets over some amazing river houses where everyone seems to have their own boat as they gently cruise up and down the river.
For the image to the left I used a Hoya ProND1000 at F11 which provided for a long 30 second exposure. The image below is a panoramic taken from the towpath just of Walton Lane on the south side of the Thames.

Eyot House, D'oyly Carte Island

Walking the Thames towpaths between Walton and Shepperton you might just come across this, Goonies style, house situated on a small private island called D'oyly Carte Island. Fantasy, character and realism.
Walton-on-Thames is a unique area with some surreal views, great hidden pubs while oozing class and film-like scenarios.
